1. Each school hires their own photographer, the district is not involved.

3. Elena Malone uploads student photos into systems listed in the spreadsheet. That's her tracking document as well as reference for sites.
4. Each site's designated personnel (usually OM) have access to the vendor's portal or receive CDs/thumb drives/shared folder links from the vendor when photos are ready. I'm the end user of photos, they would never be requesting photos from me.
Additionally, each site is required to provide a list of student IDs and some demographics to photographers before the picture day so they could associate correct kids with correct IDs. Mixups happen, and it's the site's responsibility to communicate that to the vendor.
