Password Portal method (you don't have a working password)

If you have forgotten your password or it has expired, and you are unable to login to either your Mac or PC:

  1. If you have a Mac computer, Click on the padlock icon in the lower right corner of the screen, or visit with a different device:
  2. You will be presented with the following screen: 
  3. From here you can reset your password or unlock your account. Directions for using ADSelfService are here. Once you are done with ADSelfService and have successfully changed your password, you will be able to login to your device.
  4. Note: When you login to your Mac after changing your password using the ADSelfService method, you will be promted with the following screen:  
  5. If you remember your old password, click Update Keychain Password.  If you can't remember your old password, contact tech support by creating a ticket here and we will be happy to assist you.
